What to report
Identify the page, exact statement or exercise, evidence supporting the correction, and the practical impact on a learner using it.
Correction standard
A correction should make the current material accurate and leave enough context to understand what changed.
Identify the page, exact statement or exercise, evidence supporting the correction, and the practical impact on a learner using it.
We inspect the current page, relevant primary material, the date and product boundary, and whether the issue changes safety, accuracy, or learning outcomes.
Minor wording can be corrected in place. A material change receives a dated note in the lesson or Academy session record with the reason and affected guidance.
