Correction standard
Fix the lesson, keep the record.
A correction should make the current material accurate and leave enough context to understand what changed.
How we assess it
We inspect the current page, relevant primary material, the date and product boundary, and whether the issue changes safety, accuracy, or learning outcomes.
What changes
Minor wording can be corrected in place. A material change receives a dated note in the lesson or Academy session record with the reason and affected guidance.
