Path-finder answers exist only in the active browser component state. They are not stored in local storage, transmitted to a server, attached to an identity, or retained after the page closes.

The current Academy has no account, learning-work submission, payment, advertising tracker, or public profile. Site analytics are consent-gated and described below. Its optional newsletter form uses Bridgepath's existing protected intake.
Newsletter
The optional footer form sends the normalized email, optional first name, required newsletter consent, and a fixed madebyaiacademy.com source to Bridgepath AI Solutions' existing protected newsletter intake. It does not send path-finder answers or lesson activity. Every message must provide an unsubscribe path.
Hosting records
The hosting provider can process ordinary delivery and security records such as request time, IP address, user agent, and requested path under its infrastructure terms.
Analytics
This site asks before it measures anything. Until you choose Allow, no analytics script loads, no analytics cookie is set, and no measurement request leaves your browser. Declining is a complete answer and every page works identically either way. After consent, Google Analytics records ordinary page use with IP addresses anonymized and Google Signals disabled, so the data supports measurement rather than advertising profiles. Path-finder answers, learning work, and form fields are never sent to analytics, and the choice can be changed at any time through the Analytics settings control; withdrawing consent reloads the page so the tag stops rather than merely being hidden.
Future data use
Accounts, enrollment, payment, cohorts, and submitted work require a new public notice, purpose, retention rule, consent or other valid basis, and tested access controls before activation. Consent-gated analytics were activated under that rule on August 17, 2026 and are described above.
