Path-finder answers exist only in the active browser component state. They are not stored in local storage, transmitted to a server, attached to an identity, or retained after the page closes.

The current Academy has no account, learning-work submission, payment, analytics tag, advertising tracker, or public profile. Its optional newsletter form uses Bridgepath's existing protected intake.
Newsletter
The optional footer form sends the normalized email, optional first name, required newsletter consent, and a fixed madebyaiacademy.com source to Bridgepath AI Solutions' existing protected newsletter intake. It does not send path-finder answers or lesson activity. Every message must provide an unsubscribe path.
Hosting records
The hosting provider can process ordinary delivery and security records such as request time, IP address, user agent, and requested path under its infrastructure terms.
Future data use
Accounts, enrollment, analytics, payment, cohorts, and submitted work require a new public notice, purpose, retention rule, consent or other valid basis, and tested access controls before activation.
