The curriculum is designed around observable work, representative failure, and accountable human judgment.

Start with the job

Lessons begin with a real task, owner, input, acceptable output, and failure cost. Tools remain secondary until the learning question is clear.

Make failure visible

Ordinary success is not enough. Practice includes missing, awkward, contradictory, duplicate, unavailable, and prohibited cases.

Keep claims inspectable

Learners keep job briefs, maps, source registers, evaluation sets, decision records, and rehearsals instead of relying on completion badges.

Protect people and data

Labs use permitted or synthetic examples, reversible actions, named reviewers, and explicit stop conditions. Production access is never required to complete a lesson.
