Run the rehearsal.

Assign owners for product, technical, security, privacy, accessibility, and operations claims.

Review the evidence for each claim without accepting verbal assurance as a link.

Fail one material condition and ask the group to choose no-go, remediation, or a narrower release.

Record the decision, owner, scope, expiry, stop authority, and next review date.

OUTPUT

A signed decision record and a corrected launch gate.
