Procedure
Run the rehearsal.

Record the source name, owner, intended audience, and authoritative use.
- 02
Record its update date, freshness rule, and known conflicts.
- 03
Record who can access it and whether that access can be inherited safely.
- 04
Record how the source is corrected, replaced, and removed from the system.
OUTPUT
A five-row source register ready for a bounded assistant test.
