Procedure
Run the rehearsal.

Trigger a missing input, unavailable service, and invalid result in separate runs.

Trigger the same case twice and inspect duplicate prevention.

Confirm every failure reaches a named owner with enough context to act.

Give the runbook to a second operator and observe manual completion or rollback.
OUTPUT
A failure log, runbook corrections, and one independent recovery result.
